North Scottsdale real estate is a large area with many different communities, so many people break up the area differently.  We refer to the real estate of North Scottsdale 2 as the area east of N Scottsdale Rd, south of Bell (excluding the McDowell Mountain community), west of the Fountain Hills community and north of Shea.

A majority of the real estate in this area is known for low density residential lots/single family homes that have large front yards and are setback from the roads.  However, apartments, condominiums and undeveloped lots are options too.  While many of the homes are older, newer or remodeled homes are available, like in the Ancala Country Club area.  Many of the homes have pools and housing size ranges anywhere from 1,800 to over 7,000 square feet.  Most of the homes are single-level, although some multi-level homes can be found.  Golf lots and golf communities are available within the Scottsdale Country Club, Starfire Golf Club and Ancala Country Club.

North Scottsdale 2 offers many ammenties.  The Cactus Aquatic & Fitness Center is a premier competitive and recreational facility that offers an Olympic-size, 50-meter heated pool.  The fitness center offers a variety of aerobic/fitness classes, education classes, cardiovascular machines and weights.  The Jewish Community Center offers Pre-K and K-8 after-school programs in the Early Childhood Center, youth/adult sports and summer camps, a 50,0000 square foot fitness facility, an Olympic-size pool and many outdoor recreational activities.

Along with the golf available at Scottsdale Country Club, Starfire Golf Club and Ancala Country Club, there are many other pristine courses available in nearby communities, like Grayhawk Golf Club and TPC Scottsdale.  There are many stores and restaurants available at nearby Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarters.  The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is also only 20 minutes away, with the Loop 101 Freeway easily accessible and close.

The area is served by both the Paradise Valley and Scottsdale Unified School Districts.
